HartLaw PLLC is a client-centered virtual law firm servicing all Washington State residents. We take a wholistic approach to Estate Planning which means we work as a team with your financial planner, your life insurance agent, your accountant, any other professional services you may have, and even your family members – if you wish us to.
Our goal is that all the pieces of your life work together to reach your goals and address your needs while you are here, and then transfer any wealth to your family, your friends, and/or your favorite charity as easily as we can after you’re gone paying the least amount in taxes as legally possible.
As the tax laws change or you reach major milestone moments in life, we invite you to take the opportunity to let us provide you with a 50-point review of your current Estate Plan to see if any changes need to be made. If your current plan still works for your needs and goals, we’ll tell you that. If we feel changes should be made to keep your plan working properly, we’ll give you options on those changes.
